Summary: This hybrid role in Milwaukee, WI will leadstrategic sourcing and procurement process of indirect spend with astrong focus on technology. A trusted advisor to senior leadership inbusiness units and key partners in developing and managing strategicbusiness plans for critical and strategic vendor relationships. Provideguidance on strategic sourcing, procurement services, and vendormanagement; negotiate multi-million dollar agreements with strategic andkey vendors, typically with a 3-5 year duration; oversee enterprise andshared vendor management programs; drive organizational change to moveenterprise to a centralized vendor management methodology; leveragestrategic vendor relationships to drive improvement and innovationacross multiple business functions; create and implement strategy forengaging vendors for corporate project portfolio initiatives within theStrategy Alignment and Execution process; apply best practices to ensurecompany meets regulatory and compliance standards. Primary Duties &Responsibilities: Accountable for developing and negotiating softwareand/or hardware, telecom contracts (e.g. Enterprise License Agreements,Software as a Service Agreements, Equipment Purchase Agreements, MSAs).Partner with senior leadership and other key partners across enterprisebusiness functions to develop strategy, vendor goals and executionplans. Lead procurement activities and sourcing projects includingRFI/RFPs and renegotiations. Develops and leads holistic enterprisevendor relationship management program with the support of business unitrelationship owners. Provides coaching to executive relationship ownersand their teams on how to leverage strategic vendor relationships toaccomplish long term objectives comprised of an appropriate balance ofinnovation, efficiencies and financial management of company funds. Usesopportunities to develop opportunistic sourcing strategies across theenterprise by identifying future needs and current relationships amongthe strategic and key vendor relationships. Accountable for leadingcomplex and sensitive vendor negotiations for contracts resultingmulti-million dollar investments over 3-5 year periods. Leads crossdepartmental project teams with accountability for managing scope, risk,business value, schedule and budgets.
