rrPosition Summary:
rThis position assists with the supervision of the main areas includingMoscow VandalStore, Boise VandalStore, Downtown VandalStore, Coffee Cafeand satellite retail sites. Serving on the leadership team, the positionensures the store is a self-sustaining partner and oversees managers andemployees. This position is responsible for helping lead theVandalStores\' departments in innovation and strategic planning as wellas day-to-day operations. This position is the primary back-up to theDirector of VandalStores and Trademark and Licensing.
rrMinimum Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent{=html}<>- One year of retail/customer service experience- 6 months of store management experience which demonstrates all of the following: - Developing staff to meet challenges - Leading a team to provide customer service - Building collaborative relationship with various internal and external stakeholders - Managing, training, and supervising staff and/or student employees - Coordinating and implementing programs/projects - Inventory control procedures and maintaining inventory records - Composing a variety of business documents - Working in a multi-task environment with attention to details - Using computers to communicate with email, enter, retrieve and edit data
