Reporting to the Dean of Students, the Assistant Dean/Director of Student Compliance for Rutgers University-Newark is responsible for creating and implementing a comprehensive plan to ensure that Rutgers University-Newark is in compliance with Title IX and ADA regulations as well as related federal, state and local laws and guidelines, and ensure compliance with all relevant Rutgers University policies and procedures.This position is responsible for and not limited to the following:

Immunization Requirements Under Policy 60.1.35 , Rutgers University requires all prospective employees to provide proof that they are vaccinated against COVID-19 prior to commencement of employment, unless the University has granted the individual a medical or religious exemption.
