　　Assistant Controller - MUST Have Fund Accounting Experience

　　San Francisco; Hybrid

　　$120-140k + Bonus + Profit Sharing

　　Day to Day:

　　Review financial statements in detail and assist in managing Fund reporting.

　　Contribute to the development of new and existing financial reporting processes.

　　Support the Director of Finance in implementing SEC ruleset.

　　Work on creating and implementing financial reporting policies.

　　Oversee Fund Administrators and manage the Tax Reporting Process by collaborating with the outsourced tax team.

　　Requirements

　　Ideal Candidate:

　　6-10 years of experience in Fund Accounting.

　　Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, or Economics.

　　Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

　　Excellent time management and organizational skills.

　　Flexibility and willingness to engage in various accounting and finance projects.
