Key Responsibilities: * Assist party facilitator with setup and preparation for the party. * Introducing children to Discovery Center Stations. * Provide excellent customer service. * Assist guests when exiting. * Assist parents in gathering all gifts and loading them in their car. * Promote other programs and additional party bookings. * Clean up after the party. Qualifications: * Must have excellent communication and organizational skills * Ability to work with children of all ages and backgrounds * Enthusiasm, reliability, and excellent customer service skills. * Clear criminal and child abuse history clearances required * Must have the ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment * Must be able to lift and carry up to 20 lbs Additional Details: * Salary: $10-$14 an hour plus tips * Location: Lancaster, Reading, & Hershey * Work Schedule: Part-time, weekend only work, off during the week except Friday night * Benefits: Discount on Snapology programs for their family, Opportunities for advancement, and build you resume for working with children
