Idaho National Laboratory is hiring an Asset Management Administrator to work on our Property Administration team. Our team works a 9x80 schedule located out of our sitewide facilities with every other Friday off.
The Asset Management Administrator will provide professional Logistics and Property coordination, such as physical inventory, administration of subcontract property and other assignments related to personal property management, to support the INL mission in the Property Administration organization. They will work closely with Universities, Subcontract Administrators, external agencies, and INL employees to ensure property is received, tracked, and returned according to State and Federal Regulations.
Responsibilities Include:
· Perform work to ensure operation of the property administration function under minimal supervision.
· Provide day-to-day property administration work by executing analysis, planning, transaction processing, and customer support activities including conducting inventories and subcontract reviews. Ensure that safety, security, and environmental requirements are implemented in the assigned areas.
· Manage multiple tasks or projects of increasing scope and risk with increasing competency. Develop solutions to a variety of complex problems, based on established precedent or policy.
· Participate in L&P planning to help develop the overall objectives and long-range goals of the organization.
· Represent the INL property management system and associated functions through frequent contact with other company organizations and interact with personnel on matters that require coordination.
· Identify opportunities and risks and make recommendations affecting organizational objectives. Perform work safely, environmentally, and securely, and perform other work directed by management.
*Minimum Requirements: *
· High school diploma, or equivalent, and at least 2 years of relevant experience.
· Demonstrated experience conducting physical inventories.
· Must be proficient with Excel spreadsheets.
· Proven experience working with large computer enterprise resource and management systems such as supply chain issues management, or inventory management software to create and maintain records, analyze data, and generate reports.
· Demonstrated customer service time management skills.

· Experienceimplementing oversight activity such as assessments, inventory work, or issues management.
· Experience implementing regulatory codes and standards.
