About the team The teamis a group of individuals that supports operations processing forclients using the Trust Desk Outsourcing product line. This teamprocesses mutual fund trades, dividends and responds to compliancerequests on behalf of the clients. The team works with both internal andexternal customers in resolving exceptions on a timely basis andprovides excellent customer service daily. What you will be doing Youwould be responsible for ensuring that new fund account requestsreceived are in good order and work with the mutual fund companies toestablish the fund accounts. Proactively identify exceptions that needto be addressed daily and communicate to the appropriate parties forresolution You would be responsible for monitoring the Compliancerequests and responding to questions from mutual fund companies. Youwould be responsible for identifying assets to be held at Fidelity andprocessing transfers to move assets; verify & reconcile transfers andupdate Trust Desk system. You would be responsible for monitoring andsetting up access to mutual fund company websites in order to accessfund account transaction detail.
