Description We are in search of an Asset Servicing Clerk to join our team in Miami, Florida. This role is pivotal in managing bank balances, overseeing funding processes, and coordinating with various departments to resolve contractual issues. This role offers a short term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the management of both domestic and international bank balances.

• Monitor the release of funded wires, credits, and commissions to merchants and brokers.

• Communicate proactively with clerks, staff, and supervisors about potential issues and changes based on policy agreements.

• Collaborate with merchants and internal departments to research, analyze and resolve contractual issues.

• Address contracts, commission, and payment related discrepancies with clientele.

• Develop and implement standard operating procedures.

• Train new hires on company processes and policies.

• Prepare detailed documents for financial investors.

• Demonstrate proficiency in professional written communication and organization.

• Utilize Microsoft Excel for data entry and account analysis. Requirements

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel

• Capable of performing Computer Data Entry tasks efficiently

• Bilingual English/Spanish

• Understanding of Debt Repayment strategies and procedures

• Skilled in Account Analysis

• Experience in conducting Month-end Close Activities
