Client Immediately seeking Electronic Assembly Technicians to help them hit their production goals while being able to focus more supporting the engineering side of their business.

　　Read and interpret work instructions/blueprints

　　Description:

　　The job responsibilities will vary according to experience level and required work, you will be regularly performing the below operations to assemble and test the units based off the work instructions and blueprints:

　　• Wire bonding

　　• Die bonding

　　• Cleaving

　　• Soldering

　　• Micro-assembly

　　• Laser test

　　• Parts inspection and cleaning

　　• Other tasks to be determined, e.g., cleaning, organizing, recycling
