　　What will you day look like? At Aerotech you will:

　　Assemble cables and cable harnesses using hand tools, power tools, and soldering

　　Read wiring and assembly drawings

　　Route and attach wires and connectors to electronic circuitry and/or subassemblies

　　Label and package units for shipment or stock

　　Utilize test equipment to test for conformance

　　Consistently maintain acceptable levels of production according to established standards 

　　What will separate you from the rest? Experience with:

　　Excellent soldering skills, preference to have familiarity with IPC-620 soldering standards

　　Ability to read and interpret wiring assembly drawings

　　Experience with hand tools and crimpers

　　Effective computer literacy, including experience with ERP Software

　　Problem solving skills

　　Minimum Qualifications:

　　High school diploma or GED

　　Routinely utilize soldering skills 

　　One to five years of related experience

　　Vocational or technical school training is preferred, but not required

　　Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered

　　Must be available to work 1st shift, Monday-Friday from 6:30am - 3:00pm
