The Assembler III will validate material prior to beginningassembly, review work instructions, build product per specifications andwithin tolerances, complete all clean-up and housekeeping procedures,comply with all quality, safety and work rules and regulations includingwearing all appropriate PPE. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: *High Schooldiploma or equivalent experience *2 years of experience in a complexassembly environment PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: *Demonstrated experiencein root cause problem solving (5 Why, 8D, PDCA, etc.) *Demonstratedexperience effectively training other employees to workinstructions/standard work. *Previous experience using SAP orequivalent ERP system (Oracle, JD Edwards, Microsoft Dynamics) PhysicalDemands: While performing the duties of this job, the employee isregularly required to stand. The employee frequently is required to usehands to manipulate objects, tools or controls and talk or hear. Theemployee is regularly required to walk; stoop; crouch; bend and reachabove shoulders. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 50pounds unassisted and up to 100 pounds with assistance, waist high, upto 10 feet away.
