Our office in Berlin, WI isseeking an Full-Time Assembler I - 2nd shift. The Assembler I performsassembly work to manufacture assemblies and products in a cost effectiveand timely manner while fulfilling quality standards. The Assembler Iwill validate material prior to beginning assembly, review workinstructions, build product per specifications and within tolerances,complete all clean-up and housekeeping procedures, comply with allquality, safety and work rules and regulations including wearing allappropriate PPE. This position reports directly to Production Manager orSupervisor. Basic Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent 0-2years of experience. Detail oriented and organized AdditionalQualifications: Ability to effectively communicate Contributes toidentifying problems and implementing appropriate countermeasures.Ability to understand and execute basic standard procedures Ability toperform basic reading, writing, and math functions. Ability to performbasic assembly skills. Ability to effectively work in a teamenvironment. Models positive and professional work ethics.
