　　Position Summary

　　Entry Level position that performs a variety of assembly polishoperations on assemblies or subassemblies and/or build parts for suchassemblies, according to work instructions. Make setups and adjustments,holding tolerances to blueprint and work instruction specifications. Mayperform a wide variety of complex tests, fit checks, troubleshooting,and rework on components, assemblies; data entry and suggestimprovements. Monitors and verifies quality processes or other controlprocedures. Will also assist with inventory and cycle count.

　　Essential Duties and Responsibilities

　　Able to identify and properly use basic pneumatic tools such asdrill motors, dotco\'s and countersink cuttersPositions parts and sub-assemblies by using templates or readingmeasurements.Prepares work to be accomplished by understanding assemblyinstructions, blueprints, specifications, and parts listsRead and Interpret drawings, illustrations, specifications andidentifies their relevance to the manufacturing of partsMaintains safe and clean working environment by complying withprocedures, rules, and regulations.Assembles parts to subassemblies using bolts, screws, rivets, anddemonstrates the proper use of adhesives.Documents processes by properly completing production and qualityforms.Verifies all tools are in acceptable working condition includingcalibrated equipment and demonstrates the proper use of themGood regular attendance is an essential function of this position.Other duties as assigned
