　　SCOPE & BASIC FUNCTION :  

　　A Pro B operator is responsible for quality, throughput, and safety of multiple processes and takes pride in his/her flexibility and proficiency in servicing the customer.   The elements of a Pro B operator’s responsibility that service the customer are:

　　Performance of processes at or beyond standard (100% + efficiency)

　　Manufacturing quality parts as defined by product specification and documentation

　　Complying with the safety policies of the company and working to achieve an accident free environment

　　A Pro B operator participates in the continuous efforts to improve our process and quality so that Woodstream can successfully meet the customers’ expectations.  As such, they will exhibit the following behaviors:

　　Identify problem areas that are focused on Throughput, Quality, and Safety

　　Participate with Manufacturing and Engineering team members to define issues, suggest solutions

　　Successfully implement chosen solution both individually and as part of the team

　　A Pro B operator is part of a team, their performance impact that of their teammates and Woodstream’s ability to support the customer’s needs.  Therefore, B operators will conduct themselves accordingly:

　　Interact with all teammates toward the accomplishment of throughput, quality, and safety goals

　　Provide quality training to facilitate team skills development
