  Job Description

  $ 18.50 per hour

  Shift: 4-10's (Monday-Thursday; 3:30pm-2:00am)

  Full benefits package, medical and retirement effective Day One (see Comprehensive Bosch Benefits below)

  Comprehensive Bosch Benefits:

  Medical (3 options, 2 of which have an HSA contribution from Bosch); Dental (2 options) & Vision (2 options); low premiums.

  Paid Time Off – starting at 22 days in a 12-month period (including vacation, holidays and floating holidays).

  Option to purchase up to 40 hours of additional vacation.

  Annual bonus – pays up to 10% of annual pay based on company performance.

  401K – Bosch matches 75% of the first 9% of your contribution.

  In addition to 401K, Bosch also contributes to a retirement plan – 100% company paid! Bosch makes automatic age-based contributions at a rate of 2.5%-6.5% of total compensation.

  What you will do:

  Assemble and/or package high quality products that meet customer and design specifications while minimizing scrap/rework costs.

  Provide guidance on the line to temporary personnel.

  Continually monitor methods, processes and procedures to ensure departmental goals are being met related to efficiencies, equipment utilization and time usage in order to maintain or improve cost competitiveness.

  Provide quality in all goods and services delivered to internal and external customers through an approach of thorough planning, responsible implementation, and continuous improvement.

  Follow and continually monitor established safety procedures to assure a clean, safe work environment is promoted and maintained.

  Maintain a positive work atmosphere by behaving and communicating in a manner that interfaces well with customers, clients, co-workers and management members.

  Qualifications

  Experience and Background

  High School Graduate or equivalent required

  Basic Math skills, including percentages and the ability to count accurately

  On-line computing skills to record labor transactions

  Ability to operate a forklift

  Prior assembly experience preferred
