Aerotek is hiring for Skilled Assemblers!

　　Pay: up to $19

　　Shift: 1st

　　Hours 5:00am - 3:45pm//6:00am - 4:45pm

　　Can work OT!

　　Description:

　　You will assemble machines, equipment, and/or their subassemblies following blueprints, written or verbal instructions/specifications. Must have mechanical abilities and have basic assembly knowledge in one of the following areas: mechanical, hydraulic, electrical or detail.

　　Job Duties and Responsibilities:

　　Follows assembly procedures following specifications

　　Must have at least 2 years of experience working on cars/trucks/tractors/motorcycles/ATVs etc.

　　Removes small quantities of metal to clean parts or to produce close fit between parts

　　Drills, taps, or reams holes

　　Aligns components then bolts. screws or rivets them together

　　Installs moving parts, such as shafts, levers, or bearings, and works them to test free movement

　　Bends and installs pipe for hydraulic systems

　　Aligns and meshes gears in gearbox to assemble system of gears

　　Tests or assists in testing operation of completed product

　　Must be familiar with wrench sizes and wrench fit to nut/bolt

　　Must be able to install engine hoses and tighten clamps

　　Must be able to install hoses using hose drawings and process drawings

　　Additional Skills & Qualifications:

　　Must be able to stand up for 10-12hr periods and lift up to 50lbs.

　　Must be mechanically inclined
