ASPHALT PAVING FOREMAN - Plant City, Florida

　　We are seeking to fill a highly skilled Asphalt Paving Foreman for our Plant City, Florida operations.

　　Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

　　Assist with the coordination and scheduling of work to be performed by the asphalt crewAssist with the supervision and direction of assigned asphalt laborers and equipment operators relating to the spreading, finishing and compacting of asphaltProvide guidance and development of all asphalt crew membersReceive, prioritize, and assign daily work assignmentsObserve work in progress and provide guidance and direction on procedures and techniquesEnsure safe practices and procedures are followedAssist with the monitoring and or coordinating the effective maintenance and repair of all assigned equipmentOther duties as assignedRequirements:

　　At least 2 years of experience in all aspects of paving operations; to include operation of all paving equipmentCommunication and leadership skillsMust be able to work days, nights, or weekends as neededAble to complete all required paperwork efficientlyMust be able to meet company MVR requirements and have a valid Florida driver's licenseEmployer conducts drug testing and background checkEOE/AA, DFWP, We Honor Those Who Have Served.
