　　Mission

　　Reeves Construction Company is currently seeking an individual for the position of Asphalt Paver Operator in Duncan, SC. The successful candidate for this role will have an uncompromising focus on safety excellence.

　　Responsibilities

　　This includes, but is not limited to the following:

　　The ability to operate a paver

　　An accurate and working knowledge of a paver (ex. correct speed, check on material coming out of truck, straight lines)

　　The ability to take a leadership role on the crew

　　The willingness and ability to keep paver maintained and clean

　　The willingness to work nights and weekends

　　The ability to operate equipment in a safe and consistent manner

　　Job Requirements

　　6 months to 1 year of experience

　　Experience working in and around construction equipment

　　Driving License (preferred)

　　Physical Demands

Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus. Employee must have 20/40 vision, either naturally or with corrective lenses. Hearing should be excellent or corrected by audio device.
