About Asphalt Laborer

　　Minimum of 2-3 Years experience in asphalt construction

　　Ability to perform general labor tasks related to asphalt construction, i.e. shovel, rake, sweep, flag, etc.

　　Ability and/or willingness to learn to operate any of the equipment related to placing and compacting asphalt, i.e. paver, rollers, etc.

　　Ability to get along with others on a 5 or more-person crew

　　Ability to perform all job requirements safely

　　All other tasks assigned
