　　Meta Reality Labs is looking for a logistics program manager to manage Logistics Operation activities with contract manufacturers & suppliers in Asia, drive best practices and standardized procedures.

　　Manage Logistics Operation activities with contract manufacturers & suppliers in Asia, drive best practices and standardized procedures.

　　Monitor and maintain performance of Logistics Service Providers as aligned to business goals, set up and refine standard operation procedures with Logistics Service Providers as needed.

　　Collaborate with Functional Subject Matter Experts such as Global Trade Compliance, Global Supply Chain Security to ensure operation compliance.

　　Interface and actively engage with cross function partners such as Manufacturing Operations, Planning, Fulfillment, Supply Chain IT, Security to drive process optimization, achieve business goals, and ensure successful product launches.

　　Oversee shipments with contract manufacturers and suppliers, resolve problems concerning transportation, logistics systems, trade, or other operation issues on timely manner.

　　Drive logistics readiness to support product launches.

　　Support new business initiatives and projects and contribute to review meetings and change process. Ensure effective logistics implementation taking place relating to the changes.

　　Identity and drive cost efficiency programs with cross function partners, contract manufacturers/suppliers, and logistics service providers.

　　Understand transportation model and strategy so as to manage material and equipment shipment from contract manufacturers & suppliers in Asia to global destinations such as RL labs and reverse logistics centers, and vice versa.

　　Minimum Qualifications:

　　Minimum Qualifications:

　　BA/BS degree in Supply Chain or related field

　　5 years of experience in managing international logistics, global transportation and fulfillment/distribution operation.Solid competencies and in-depth knowledge on transportation management (including different shipment modes such as air, ocean, intermodal, courier), 3PL Partner Management, global trade compliance and Supply Chain Security principles.

　　Strong communication/relationship-building skills, excellent presentation, negotiating and influencing skills， presents service-oriented attitude and a team player

　　Excellent time management skills with ability to cope with rapid response to priority changes and deadlines.

　　Periodic travel is required including visits to Service Providers’ sites/locations.

　　Good communication level in English and Mandarin

　　Solid practical and hands-on experience on Global Logistics, Global Transportation and Fulfillment Operation.

　　Strong background Freight/Logistics/3PL Service Procurement and resourceful in developing logistics solution.

　　Deep knowledge of Global Trade, Import/Export and Compliance Regulations

　　Solid experience in managing strategic partnership with leading service providers.

　　Excellent Project/Program Management with critical thinking and strong organizational skills in managing project timelines.

　　Resourceful and well connected on updates on logistics market place.

　　Highly motivated with strong drive for results and achievement of targets

　　Good in building strong and effective relationships both internally and externally

　　Ability to respond rapidly and professionally to dynamic business environment

　　Competency to develop processes and/or initiate requirements to meet project goals

　　Self-disciplined in managing tasks to achieve results with minimum supervision.
