　　You will enhance the prosperity of farmers by:Leading the Vegetable Seeds sales and business in a Sales Area, delivering business targets while building a sustainable business and contributing to the Vegetable Business strategyLeading and developing a high-performance Sales team to achieve sales and profit targets for the Sales AreaNurturing key contacts in the Vegetable industry and building relationships with major influencers on the Syngenta business

　　AccountabilitiesDeliver accurate and timely sales forecast and sales plan for Sales AreaDesign and drive the evolution of the Go to Market strategies by providing continuous feedback on the area market and customer evolutionProvide high-level scientific, technical, and specialized product expertiseImplement sales execution actions in support of campaigns including product launch strategies for the area, and develop the trial plan for the Sales AreaMonitor business performance and adjust strategies to achieve sales, profitability, and overall business contribution targetsPartner with Product Development Specialists and Marketing Operations Lead to coordinate the demo and demand generation plan

　　RequirementsBachelor's Degree in Agriculture, Business, Marketing, or related field (MS preferred)5+ years' experience in Horticulture, Agronomy, or AgribusinessExperience and knowledge of the Vegetable Seed market, marketplace dynamics, competitive environments, and customer needsStrong business, finance, and marketing acumenDemonstrated experience in directly interfacing with large customers and channel partners, and coordinating important accountsTravel up to 50% of the timePreferred RequirementsDemonstrated experience in leveraging customer and market relationships and the execution of Go to Market strategiesKnowledge and understanding of market dynamics and competitive environmentExperience in leading multi-functional teamsAbility to create value for the customer
