This is a position providing oversight of Chevron finished lubricants’ sales in North of China thru indirect channel.

P&L of indirect channel business in territory of North of China.
Manages sales including developing new business within assigned territories and customers.
Responsible for delivering sustainable results consistent with strategic objectives for volume, margin, customer profitability, selling prices and expenses.
Build strong relationships with key accounts, distributors, and their customers. Ensures effective customer segmentation to deliver business objectives.
Monitors customer profitability and directs improvements. Understands the fundamental drivers of small to medium size business and able to translate knowledge into value for customers and distributors.
Coaches and mentors team of sales representatives in the effective execution of the sales process that enable world class performance. Utilizes performance management process to effectively build team alignment and accountability.
Optimize products, services, marketing programs, pricing, and investment to maximize the level of return and meet customer requirements.
Working effectively with different functional departments to resolve daily sales operation issues including but not limited to marketing program implementation, technical support, demand forecast, customer ordering, credit/past dues collection.
Ensures compliance discipline by operating within the laws of each country and executing all tasks in full compliance with company policies.
Any other tasks assigned by supervisor.
Job Requirement:
10+ years’ sales or marketing experiences of lubricants
3+ years’ supervisory experience
Be able to travel in most of working time.
Better have experience working in MNC.
