  Work Model: On-Site

  Hours: 8:00am 5:00pm

  Covid Vaccination: Required

  Provide high level of service for multiple Chicago Loop customers(walking distance) providing a wide range of services that includes,Mail, Copy, Hospitality, shipping & receiving, reception & facilities.

  There can be extensive lifting, standing & walking.

  Must be able to lift 50lbs with assistance available.

  Looking for someone with Strong communication & customer facing customerservice skills; doesnt mind working at various locations & is a fastlearner.

  This has the opportunity to become permanent.

  Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  An integral member of the service team by supporting the dailyoperations for all contracted services at customer accounts within ageographical area

  Assists management with process improvement, procedural testing andvalidation and ensuring field compliance with operational bestpractices.

  Support the Field Implementation Managers with the implementation of newcustomer accounts and service expansions.

  Assists with onboarding new team members and cross training peers

  Assists with the development of Site Procedure Guides and sharing bestpractices throughout geographical area.

  Routinely inspects Site Procedures Guide for accuracy and compliance

  Knowledgeable of all contracted services within assigned customeraccounts

  Performs daily visual inspection of site services and Ricoh and customercompliancy to safety.

  Provide feedback on site experience via survey tool or any other formsto help improve the customer experience, internal and external.

  May require standing in for absences or vacations of the onsiteresources, that may also include site management.

  Provides, executes, and supports all aspects of services, which entailstraveling to and from various accounts.

  Creates and maintains a customer-focused environment

  Responsible for customer satisfaction by engaging end-user feedback.

  Responsible for escalating customer issue to ESM/AOM and support theresolution to completion.

  Communicates effectively and responds quickly to customer and end usercommunication

  Collects data and is knowledgeable of the tools and methods used for thecompletion of the Monthly Operations Review as directed

  Performs other duties as assigned
