　　Sertifi is seeking a seasoned Cloud Architect who will play a pivotal role in shaping our cloud infrastructure and supporting our team of site engineers and software architects.

　　The ideal candidate will be a passionate advocate for modern cloud technologies and a mentor to our engineering team, guiding them through the complexities of building distributed systems using cloud architectures and best practices on AWS.

　　Design and implement scalable, resilient, and efficient cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices, primarily through Terraform.

　　Utilize Spacelift (http://spacelift.io) for infrastructure automation and management.

　　Provide expertise in operations and observability, ensuring optimal performance and minimal downtime.

　　Serve as a technical leader and mentor for a team of site engineers and software architects, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

　　Advocate for best practices in cloud architecture, security, and performance.

　　Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their needs and translate them into effective cloud solutions.

　　Contribute to the migration of .NET framework workloads to modern .NET and Linux containers, with a strong emphasis on Kubernetes orchestration

　　Ensure robust networking architectures

　　Strong understanding of Microsoft technology stacks.

　　Stay abreast of the latest trends and technologies in cloud computing to drive innovation within the organization.

　　Uphold and enhance our compliance with PCI standards and best practices in payment processing.

　　What You’ll Need to Succeed:

　　Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, related field or equivalent experience

　　5+ years of experience in a similar role

　　Proven expertise in distributed systems and observability/monitoring with DataDog.

　　In-depth knowledge of infrastructure as code, specifically with Terraform and Spacelift.

　　Demonstrated experience in migrating Windows workloads to AWS.

　　Proficiency with scripting or programming languages such as Python, PowerShell, C# or bash 

　　Proven ability to develop and implement strategies for migrating .NET Framework Windows workloads to .NET Linux containers.

　　Excellent mentoring and leadership skills to guide a team of engineers.

　　Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to a diverse audience.

　　Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

　　Nice to haves:

　　Certifications in cloud technologies (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect).

　　Advanced competency in networking and network architecture.

　　Familiarity with containerization and orchestration technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).

　　Experience in working in a fast-paced, agile environment.

　　Knowledge of scripting languages, such as Powershell, and automation tools like DSC, and Ansible.
