ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES • Conceptualization of Design, including preparation of CAD drawings, renderings and presentations as required. • Listen and understand customers by translating their vision into compelling architectural solutions. • Lead the design and development of projects. • Implement sustainable design practices to create environmentally conscious pleasing spaces. • Stay updated on industry trends, codes, and technologies to enhance designed projects. • Review plans and supporting data for engineering projects submitted by consulting engineers and/ or private developers. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams from concept to completion. • Administer construction contracts including evaluating work/change orders, contract compliance, and reviewing final certificates, maintenance and operation manuals submitted by contractor and other if is necessary. • Inspect construction methods and materials for contract compliance. • Act as liaison with engineering, contractor, developers, and citizens regarding in the constructions project. • Provide project information, participate in work groups and attend public or private meetings. • Perform and evaluate related duties as to specific assignments of designs, planning, and inspection. • Provide service to customers by answering questions, providing information, marking referrals, and assuring appropriate follow-through and/or resolution. • Communicate with managers, supervisors, co-workers, citizens, and others.

　　QUALIFICATIONS: • Bachelor and/or master’s degree in architecture from Accredited Institution. • Licensed Architect and Member of the CAAPPR • Proficiency in industry-standard software, such as AutoCAD, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English and Spanish. • No previous formal working experience is required.
