Description:

　　Actalent architecture division is Seeking a Architect to join our client in the Washington, DC area. You will assist with large scale Education and Historic Preservation Portfolios. Ideally this person should have experience with either typologies, the ability to produce construction document sets, and manage a project independently. You will lead a variety of projects across cultural, learning, and heritage practice areas involving both new construction and adaptive use renovations. The ideal candidate possesses excellent communication, design, technical, and organizational skills and is experienced in all phases of management, design and construction. The position will require working closely with project team members and principals to successfully produce and technically execute quality projects through the development of strong project planning and documents.

　　Additional Skills & Qualifications:

　　Licensed is preferred if over 6 years of experience, but not required.

　　Historic preservation is a huge plus -- an interest in that type of work is a must.
