As an AR Payment Specialist at Horizon, you will…
Tracking of Insurance payments via HIPAA5010 transaction files
Posting of insurance payments and reconciliation
Aid in Identification of payment and denial trends
Assist Patients with account inquiries
Maintaining current knowledge of assigned payer processes

Bachelor's preferred
Associate's required with 2 years of experience in Health Insurance
Experience with Microsoft Suite
Strong analytical and customer service skills
Ability to work in team environment
Ability to provide close attention to detail

Hours:
Full-time, flexible daytime hours, Monday – Friday
Compensation:
Horizon is consistently evaluating our compensation and benefit packages to ensure we remain competitive. The range of pay for this position is $18.00 - $19.80 hourly. Starting pay may be impacted based on experience and education. Compensation adjustments are evaluated annually.
