Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Accounts Receivable Clerk. This role will be responsible for keeping track of money owed to us by customers, preparing invoices and updating records.

Responsibilities:

Process accounts and incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures.

Perform day to day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, and recording accounts receivable data.

Prepare bills, invoices and bank deposits.

Facilitate swift payment of invoices due to the organization by sending bills reminders and contacting clients.

Requirements

Qualifications:

High school degree or equivalent; associate degree in accounting or related field preferred.

Proven working experience as an accounts receivable clerk.

Proficiency in MS Office particularly excel.

Solid understanding of basic accounting principles, fair credit practices and collection regulations.
