　　We are seeking a passionate Software and Research Engineer with a deep interest in cutting-edge AI technologies, a startup mindset, and a willingness to tackle diverse challenges. The ideal candidate should be proficient in a range of tasks, including coding, UX development, model building, prompt engineering, software engineering design, and metric definition - to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities include:

　　Software Engineering Design and Development :

　　Contribute to designing robust, scalable software solutions integrating ML models and deploying AI components.Model Development:

　　Implement and optimize ML models and algorithms for effective business problem-solving.Text Prompt Engineering:

　　Develop, refine, and optimize generative AI prompts for superior accuracy and engagement across various applications.Data Management:

　　Collect, clean, and organize large datasets, analyzing complex data for informed business decisions.Collaboration:

　　Work with cross-functional teams to design and implement data-driven solutions, ensuring project success.Continuous Learning:

　　Skilled in problem solving and programming with large data sets, using big data tools and scripting languages such as: Python, R, C#, SQL, JavaScript, and/or PowerBI.

　　Proficiency in using statistical/analysis/ML tools, defining, and implementing intelligent solutions on data . Experience with deep learning/LLMs applied to areas such as graph learning, IR, NLP, computer vision, etc., is preferred.

　　2+ years of professional experience in a technical role building and deploying ML solutions at scale for real-world problems

　　Bachelors/Master’s degree with relevant course work toward Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Machine Learning, Data Mining, Prompt Engineering and equivalent work experience.

　　Excellent cross-group and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate solutions.

　　Additional experience in any of the areas like cyber security, fraud detection, regulations, business processes in enterprises, legal discovery, etc., would be beneficial, but not mandatory.
