Job Description

　　Insight Global is looking for a Remote Application Support Manager, to support a healthcare client of ours. You will mainly be responsible for organizing a production support team of 7 with projects around automation using Automation Anywhere software. You will need to understand what makes a good automation process to be able to lead the team. The teams' main responsibilities included finding bugs within the application and fixing them.

　　Initiatives that will affect this team:

　　* Upgrading to the next version of Automation Anywhere

　　* Changing the current hardware to high density VM hardware

　　Skills and Requirements

　　Must Haves:

　　* Bach Degree Required or relevant years of experience.

　　* 3-5 years' experience handling production support team w/ applications of enterprise level

　　* Experience working within an Agile environment.

　　* Familiarity w/ automation, preferably with robotics process automation

　　* Experience within the Healthcare Industry

　　* Must be well organized, have great communication skills & the ability to prioritize tasks.

　　o They will be responsible for organizing and coordinating the automation projects & assignments for this production support team. * Understanding of Medicare is a plus.

　　* Experience with Automation Anywhere software is a plus. null
