Responsibilities
Assists client departments in identifying and designing opportunities for operational improvement, which can be enabled by, improved systems configuration, deployment, acquisition or development. Provides project management and direction for system related projects. Performs configuration changes and system set to ensure scope and quality of product. Responsible for performing advanced triage for diagnosis of reported system and interface errors, communicating Application Software Maintenance request and issue reports from the KS Managed Care and KelseyCare Advantage business units to the IT staff. Perform various tasks including: report writing, system set up, analyzing, preparing system specifications, flow charts and diagrams to assist in understanding problems and providing solutions; supporting custom applications; writing appropriate documentation for applications and systems developed.

Qualifications
Education
Required: Bachelor's degree in a technical area or 4 years equivalent work experience
Preferred: Master’s degree in related field
Experience
Required: 3+ years of experience System Support, Database Administration, Analysis and Reporting.
3 + years of systems experience with development, installation and support.
Report writing experience (Epic Clarity, Crystal Report, Business Objects, SQL)
Web development experience
Preferred: 4-6 years’ experience in applicable healthcare business operations
3 + years of systems experience with development, installation and support.
Cache coding and programming experience
Legacy systems experience
License(s)
Required: Valid Texas Driver’s License

Special Skills
Required: Technical aptitude for multiple application points of integration.
Dot Net language knowledge
