Summary:

　　The mission of our team is to reimagine productivity and empower FP&A to plan, prioritize, execute, and focus on strategic work. We also support some Accounting and Tax processes for period Close. As a valuable member of this team, you will play a crucial role as a liaison to FP&A, focusing on all aspects of forecasting, budgeting, long-range planning, and financial reporting. Our goal is to enhance planning efficiency, agility, and faster decision-making with insights by developing sophisticated, scalable, and connected solutions leveraging Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) suite of products or similar industry-leading tools.

　　Required Skills:

　　Application Manager, Finance & Business Planning Responsibilities:

　　Subject matter expert with deep domain knowledge of Finance (FP&A) & Accounting business processes

　　Solution ownership from concept, design, configuration, implementation and system health for a mix of Oracle EPM Cloud products (Planning, EDM, Narrative Reporting, Data Management etc.) as well as on-prem Oracle Hyperion products (Hyperion Planning, Essbase, FDMEE, DRM and Financial Reports).

　　Define strategy, prioritize effectively and manage FBP Products roadmap aligned with Finance and company objectives

　　Lead and manage all aspects of end-to-end implementations - stakeholder communication, timeline planning, functional/technical requirements, solution design/architecture/build, testing and delivery

　　Excellent communication skills to gather business requirements and articulate solutions. Should be able to negotiate scope, influence solution options and outcomes and engage with business stakeholders

　　Define, measure and track relevant product & related business goals and success metrics to continually drive value and uphold high quality solutions

　　Build and foster strong partnerships and collaborate with many cross functional teams for roadmaps, prioritization, product delivery, alignment and cross business process initiatives

　　Have a passion for automation, reimagine productivity with creative, scalable and efficient solutions and embody data driven decision making to understand and solve problems

　　Work with a team of contingent workers to build and deliver best in class solutions

　　Conduct user training and knowledge sharing sessions to improve system adoption, user experience & satisfaction

　　Minimum Qualifications:

　　Minimum Qualifications:

　　Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, relevant technical field, or equivalent practical experience.

　　6+ years functional experience supporting FP&A organizations in areas of financial planning (budgeting, forecasting, LRP), reporting and consolidations

　　6+ years experience in designing and building solutions on Oracle EPM Cloud/Hyperion for financial & operational planning use cases, 2+ years of which should be using Oracle EPM Cloud suite of products (EPBCS, EDM, Narrative Reporting, PCM, Data Integration etc.)

　　Hands-on development experience with Oracle EPM suite of products (on-premise + Cloud) for application build, scripting (calculations, business rules, MDX, groovy) as well as master data management

　　Process automation experience with products such as EPM automate, IBM Cognos Command Center, OneCloud or others

　　Experience building and scaling solutions for companies in consumer hardware, Data Center, Ads, Payments, Crypto Currency and/or similar emerging business models

　　Hands-on experience with Oracle PL/SQL and MySQL databases and querying languages

　　Experience managing a team of contingent workers

　　Experience in ML/AI solutions for predictive planning and analysis

　　Experience with developing or supporting products such as Anaplan, Adaptive Insights and OneStream

　　Understanding of ERP and GL concepts (Oracle Fusion or EBS R12) and experience dealing with upstream systems especially during close. Experience with API based integrations of Oracle EPM, Fusion with other enterprise software solutions

　　Product Management experience working with engineering teams to prototype, design and build products on internal Meta tech stack

　　Experience with EPM logging and other products such as WhatFix to drive insights based learning and prioritization for continued improvements in EPM

　　Experience with Oracle OAC & FAW for insights and reporting

　　$140,000/year to $195,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
