Responsibilities include:

　　· Review customer specifications for application requirements and commercial terms and conditions

　　· Prepare quotations in response to customer inquiries; in accordance with controlled prices, discounts, terms & conditions as well as sales policies & procedures.

　　· Take exception where Emerson cannot meet either the

　　· Review customer purchase orders (Electric Actuators only) for correct pricing, discounts, terms & conditions, part numbers and prepare for / complete associated order entry

　　· Respond to all customer requests for expedited emergency shipment of parts and service kits, documentation, operating and maintenance instructions, drawings, and Specification Sheets

　　· Document customer complaints and refer to Quality Assurance

　　· Assist other departments in resolving problems related to customer sales and service

　　· Provide timely and proactive customer communications

　　· Ensure timely and accurate processing of orders and maintain ownership and oversight of the orders until they are acknowledged and Submittal documents have been forwarded to the customer.

　　· May perform other duties as assigned

　　Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

　　· BS degree, preferably in Electrical, Mechanical or Electromechanical Engineering;

　　· Demonstrated, excellent oral and written communication skills

　　· Demonstrated ability to plan, organize and multi-task in order to meet deadlines

　　· Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications and a computer aided drafting (CAD) program

　　· A background with valves and actuation experience is highly desirable

　　· Exposure or prior experience with Oracle is a plus
