Your logical thinking and eye for detail will be essential in programming solutions to a variety of challenges. You will fill a critical role by ensuring clinical goals are achieved through a complete and accurate system.ResponsibilitiesProvide timely and accurate support for laboratory information management systems and other supported applications for internal and external users;Develop system enhancements and document processes where appropriate;Attend to requested updates and tickets - resolution will include clarifying requirements, coding, testing, and deploying updates;Update and maintain system documentation (Technical Manual, Design Specification, etc.);Create workaround procedures when standard procedures have failed and ensure issues are resolved in a timely fashion;Investigate unexpected events and escalate urgent problems requiring more in-depth knowledge to appropriate internal resources; andPerform deployments of application/product releases to production environments globally.QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Mathematics, or related field;Good organizational skills, very detail oriented;Strong analytical and communication skills;Basic programming knowledge;Experience working with SCC Soft Computer systems is a plus; andPrevious experience working in a commercial LIMS such as LabVantage is a plus.Medpace OverviewMedpace is a full-service clinical contract research organization (CRO).
