　　SUMMARY:This position is primarily responsible for performing accounts payable functions within the accounting department.

　　DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Process daily accounts payable invoicesProcess credit invoices against Return Goods NoticeReconcile paid not received and received not paid, aging, and credit card statementsMaintain vendor files and vendor codingAdhere to month end close deadlines; and perform accounts payable month end closing and accrual preparationOther duties as assigned

　　MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:High School Diploma or GEDA minimum of 2 years of relevant work experienceAbility to independently meet frequent deadlinesStrong communication skills, both verbally and writtenIntermediate knowledge with all Microsoft Office applications

　　PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS:Associates Degree in accounting or businessPurchase order and/or inventory clearing experience

　　OTHER:The selected applicant will be subject to a background check and drug testing.
