Job Responsibilities:Correspondence with suppliers and respond to inquiriesAssist account team, client and vendors with A/P issues or questions as they ariseProcess weekly A/P for over 50 properties, meeting all weekly deadlinesPerform monthly financial close responsibilitiesUnderstand and comply with all JLL A/P policies and proceduresAdhere to the JLL A/P process in respect to standard A/P policies and proceduresEnter over 200 property invoices per week into Yardi PayScan systemProficient with Yardi PayScan and Yardi accounting softwarePerform various other duties as assigned by the Finance ManagerTake on additional workload when other team members need assistanceGenerate pass-thru tenant billing information to the AR SpecialistMonitor invoices for correct sales taxes and self-assessment
Required experience and technical skillsHigh School Diploma or above
Adobe, Excel, and Word proficiency
2+ years of A/P experience
Data entry experience
PreferredYardi software experience is a plus
