Description

Robert Half is seeking a contractor to assist our client as an AP Coordinator in the construction supplies wholesale/distribution industry, onsite in Ridgefield, Washington. As an AP Coordinator, you will manage the invoicing function from beginning to end in line with company policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Accurately and efficiently process customer credit applications

• Ensure the correct assignment of expense accounts to invoices, obtain necessary approvals and secure timely payments to vendors

• Match vendor trade payable invoices with corresponding purchase orders and freight invoices

• Investigate and resolve any issues related to invoice processing promptly

• Carry out weekly check runs

• Maintain and distribute accounting documents, records, and reports

• Undertake other duties as assigned by the management

• Maintain the integrity of customer credit records

• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Data Entry is essential for efficient handling and processing of information.

• Must be skilled in Microsoft Excel for handling, analyzing, and presenting data.

• Experience in Accounts Payable (AP) is required to manage and oversee financial transactions and records.

• Knowledge of Full Cycle Accounting is necessary to ensure accurate and comprehensive financial reporting.

• Experienced in Invoice Processing to maintain timely and accurate billing records.
