The Alaska Northstar Resources (ANR) team is currently looking to hire a Cybersecurity Engineer (ISSO) to support a web-based application running in an on-premises environment with an existing cloud migration project underway. The applications also have a classified version and are currently deployed on the Secure Internet Protocol Router Network (SIPRNET).

　　This is a remote opportunity; however, it is mandatory for candidates to be geographically located in either Montgomery, AL, or Dayton, OH.

　　The selected Cybersecurity Engineer will be responsible for providing guidance, troubleshooting, and support services for all Cybersecurity needs of the Systems to include:

　　System Security Plan using Risk Management Framework (RMF) for DoD Information Technology (IT)Plan of Action and Milestones (POAandM)System TopologySTIG ResultsConfiguration Management PlansPenetration Test ReportInformation System Contingency Plan and ExercisesOperational cybersecurity IssuesMitigation of vulnerabilities derived from security scans.Security incident management; Incident Response Plan.Compliance of Time Compliance Network Order (TCNO) and Federal Information Security Management Act (FISMA).Attendance of customer meetings sponsored by the Government PMO.Cybersecurity System Decommissioning Support, Cybersecurity-related Test and Evaluation, Vulnerability Management Plan, No Security Impact letter for each release, and Source code security scans to support RMF controls and requirements.Requirements

　　Candidate must be a US Citizen

　　Candidate must possess a bachelors degree

　　Candidate must possess an active DoD Secret Security Clearance (minimum)

　　Candidate must possess an active 8570 IAT Level II certification

　　Candidate must possess a minimum of 6 years relevant experience with the following:

　　Risk Management Framework (RMF), risk assessments, and overall cybersecurity

　　RMF and AandA process, risk assessments, and security controls

　　STIGs/STIG Viewer

　　Reviewing security configurations

　　Writing POAandMs and mitigation statements
