About Annuity Sales Support Consultant

  We are currently seeking dedicated and driven Annuity Sales Support Consultants to join our team. The Annuity Sales Support Consultant role is responsible for assisting agents throughout the entire sales process. To be successful, you must have a can-do attitude, think outside the box, be quick on your feet when you are thrown a curve ball and have a strong affinity for creating an excellent customer service experience.

  What You'll Be Responsible For

  Handling inbound and outbound sales requests to existing agents and their staff providing sales support and case consultation.

  Maintaining contact and provide follow up information with agents/staff regarding product quotes, illustrations, and materials sent.

  Assist agents throughout the sales cycle until they are paid - including licensing, contracting and new business assistance.

  Partner with internal business partners to determine the best possible client experience.

  Desired Qualifications:

  Bachelor's Degree from a four-year college or university, or two to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

  One year of phone sales experience

  Iowa Insurance license required within 90 days of employment.

  Valid driver's license required

  Previous experience with the Microsoft Office Suite, knowledge of event planning software a plus

  Strong attention to detail

  Ability to execute within set timeframes.

  Ability to juggle multiple priorities.
