  Job Summary

  We are seeking a Laboratory Animal Technician for our Insourcing Solutions site located in Munich

  Main responsibilities related to the position: Routine maintenance procedures for genetically modified mice (Type II long IVC Tecniplast BlueLine) within the Experimental Barrier (SPF).

  Daily inspection (cages and technical supply)

  Basic Supply/Cage Change (changing the cage shell, documentation, replacing enrichment, feeding as needed, changing the water bottle)

  Care accompanying measures (cleaning, workplace preparation)

  Retrieving and receiving cages for in-house transport,

  Partecipate team meeting

  Job Qualifications

  1 year experience handling genetically modified mice in the IVC system

  Ability to observe, assess, and record animal well-being

  Ability to comply with quality, safety and infection control standards (SPF barrier).

  Ability to understand and follow instructions and procedures.

  Basic office skills
