　　UChicago Medicine AdventHealth Bolingbrook, GlenOaks, Hinsdale and La Grange hospitals are affiliated with UChicago Medicine, one of the top academic medical centers in the country. We are also part of AdventHealth, a unified health system with over 50 hospital campuses and hundreds of care sites in diverse markets throughout 9 states.

　　Highlights:

　　UChicago Medicine - AdventHealth – Bolingbrook, built and opened in 2008, is the newest hospital in the AdventHealth System. 138 beds, 6 main OR’s plus 2 in OB plus MACs in the pain center. We are a long term (since hospital opened), stable, Physician Only, employed group. Friendliness, fairness and collegiality are our priorities.

　　We are looking for a friendly, engaged, proactive, well-trained anesthesiologist interested in being an integral part of our all-physician group who has a decent work ethic, values a team approach, equal workload, pleasant and collegial work environment, delivering high quality patient care and enjoying quality of life.

　　Case mix involves mostly ortho, general surgery, gyn, urology, podiatry, pain implants, a fair amount of robot stuff, a bit of vascular, some ENT on healthy B&B cases, and offsite sedations in the endo suite and pain clinic. The work environment is pleasant, the staff is friendly, and the surgeons are non-toxic. No hearts, heads, or transplants.

　　You can live wherever your tolerance for commuting dictates ie: downtown Chicago, Oak Park/River Forest, Lagrange, Hinsdale, Burr Ridge, Naperville, the near burbs or far burbs.

　　Hospital employed model: competitive salary based upon experience and board certification. Includes malpractice with a tail, eligible for health/dental/vision, 403b with match, 457, 8 weeks paid vacation, very generous CME allowance.

　　Position can start as soon as hospital credentialing completed, but we are willing to wait for the right candidate within reason. Subspecialist training welcome, but every excellent candidate will be considered.

　　REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

　　Graduate of an accredited medical school and US residency program

　　Current Illinois Physician medical license in good standing

　　Board Certified/Eligible
