  Join us for an incredible opportunity to be a part of our Food and Beverage Team as our Andare Restaurant Manager at the Hyatt Regency Seattle!

  Andare Kitchen & Bar delivers our guests a quick and efficient Italian-themed dining experience, while providing an environment that is upscale yet casual.

  The Andare Kitchen & Bar Manager is responsible for managing the daily operations of the restaurant and the quality of service provided. Addition responsibilities may include:

  · Supporting and managing Andare while working closely with the Andare Restaurant leaders as well as the Director and Assistant Director of Operations and other hotel departments.

  · Responsible for the short and long term planning of the restaurant

  · Ensure effective hiring, training, development and promotion of team

  · Lead and coach team towards achieving exceptional guest services and colleague satisfaction results

  · Full understanding of Colleague engagement

  · Develop and implement creative strategies for revenue enhancement and cost containment

  · Develop and recommend the budget, marketing plans and objectives, and manage within those approved plans

  · Responsible for maintaining a high energy, positive, professional appearance

  · Plan, coordinate & manage special events and holiday functions

  · Ability to take the initiative to run the outlets as a free standing entity

  The salary range for this position is $76,700 to $115,300. Decisions regarding individual salaries will be based on a number of factors, including experience, qualifications, and education.

  Qualifications:

  ·A true desire to satisfy the needs of others and exceed guest expectations·Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment·Must have flexible work availability to include mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays·Refined verbal and written communication skills·Detail oriented and organized·Minimum of 2 years as F&B Leader preferred, with strong food and beverage knowledge including wine, spirits, and beer·Proven leadership skills·Wine/beverage knowledge in an upscale environment preferred·High energy, entrepreneurial spirit, motivational leader, effective communicator and effective in providing exceptional service to guests and colleagues·Must have Food Handlers/MAST cardsPrimary Location: US-WA-Seattle
