　　About the role

　　As the Analyst, you will provide back office operations support to the Treasury Department in processing and settlement of Treasury transactions, ensuring deals are completed correctly and in a timely manner.

　　Key responsibilities:

　　Input Treasury related transactions initiated by dealers into relevant internal/ external systems

　　Sort and distribute maturing corporate deals to dealers for instructions

　　Confirm transactions and instructions with counterparties and follow-up outstanding items

　　Check dealing evidence and SWIFT confirmations (MT320 / MT399)

　　Check and authorise STP deals, book transfer and trades in the external matching/settling system

　　Release STP payment order for Corporate and Interbank Money Mkt transactions Prepare/ dispatching 11AM Notice and Term Deposit Confirmation to corporate customer

　　Prepare SWIFT messages via BESS and monitor confirmation matching in TRAM Ensure timely and accurate payment/settlement of Treasury products, observing the established cut-off time for the relevant currencies and locations

　　Ensure the efficient settlement in Austraclear, RITS and NZClear

　　Reconciliation of funds received to settle all settlements and investigating unallocated and / or non-received funds

　　We are looking for:

　　Ideally you will have experience in a similar or related role within Money Treasury Operations, otherwise a basic understanding of loans, payments etc.

　　Experience with Austraclear and/or Swift would be highly advantageous, but not essential.

　　You must be able to work under pressure, with good time management skills and attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are also required.
