　　About the Role

　　This role supports parcel cost performance across the Gap Inc. North American market, consisting of inbound and outbound from both DCs and Stores. Additionally, this individual will own the day to day relationship with Gap Inc's freight audit provider, supporting both cost analysis and facilitating the carrier payment process. Success will require a strong external network with Gap Inc's third party providers, as well as internal responsibilities for cross-functional data gathering. Design and implementation of process improvement initiatives will be a deliverable alongside continual analytical support.

　　What You'll Do

　　Parcel operations network design and cost management

　　Ownership of relationship with external partners supporting parcel through reporting, analytics, and payment

　　Project manage improvement initiatives and strategic projects aimed at parcel cost reduction

　　Build and model scenarios in conjunction with finance and key business partners to ensure cost predictability

　　Provide parcel data inputs to cross-functional projects and programs

　　Develop strong relationships with internal business partners and external suppliers

　　Who You Are

　　1 - 3 years transportation, supply chain operations, or analytics and network modeling (retail industry preferred)

　　Technical knowledge of transportation/logistics operations and end-to-end supply chain

　　Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to negotiate and build consensus across multiple stakeholders and functions

　　Ability to thrive in a dynamic fast paced environment and able to speak with candor to drive business results

　　Present problem analysis and recommended solutions in a creative and logical manner

　　Position is based out of Erlanger, KY
