OverviewAs a People Services Talent Analyst you will collaborate with others oninitiatives that are critical to the success of the enterprise. Projects adaptto business needs over time. And, activities may include: analyzing,improving/standardizing, and managing existing processes to driveengagement, experience and the utilization of Talent tools and resources;providing analyses and reporting to key internal stakeholders; creatingtraining and quick-reference guides to support HR processes and systems; andacting as a liaison between key partners.
The Analyst will be part of a team of highly motivated individuals withbackgrounds ranging from management consulting to project management tohealthcare delivery.
This role will preferably be based out of our Denver headquarters and has anin-office requirement of two days a week (Tuesdays and Wednesdays, subjectto change and offered flexibility). Remote candidates will be considered ifstrong qualifications and core competencies are demonstrated throughout theinterview process. The interview process will consist of an initial phonescreen, analytical assessment, behavioral based interview, case study,and call with hiring manager and/or VP.

AnalyticsLeverage hypotheses-based approach to identify, validate and quantifyopportunitiesConduct analyses to assess impact on business metrics and provide strategicrecommendations.Convey findings in a cohesive story, including summarizing insights fromanalysis, identifying next steps, and developing deployment plansDemonstrate strong critical thinking skills
Relationship BuildingPartners with teammates of all levels across the enterprise, including thosewho work in the clinicsEffectively challenges others during decision-making processes andconstructively manages through feedback
QualificationsBachelor's degree1-3 years of total work experienceDemonstrated Excel proficiency (intermediate), with ability to findaverages, create pivot tables, graphs & identify trends in dataProject management, Talent management, and HRIS experience a plus

Salary/ Wage Range$50,000.00-$100,000.00 / year
Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including acandidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience and mayfall outside of the range shown.
