Panera LLC is seeking an Analyst, Solutions Engineer, in Fenton, MO

Job Duties:[Provide technical implementation execution to implementations and support technology implementation of new business efforts as part of our Marketing Technology team. Collaborate with development teams and client stakeholders for the design, development, and deployment of websites, mobile sites, applications, and integrations to improve the needs of customers. Utilize Adobe Development skills in Target, AEP RT-CDP, Braze campaigns and/or canvas, and hands on experience and front-end capabilities leveraging JavaScript, CSS, HTML. Configure, administer, and operate Adobe Target, AEP RT-CDP, Braze Campaigns and Braze Canvas to build Multi-channel (web, iOS/Android, Kiosk platform) campaigns. Debug, troubleshoot, and fix the configuration and integration issues associated with the products. Work with technical leads and business counterpart from analytics to design a solution that optimally utilizes Adobe tools and supports clients use cases, strategy, and industry standards. Construct a technical architecture of multiple solutions fitting clients industry standards, use cases, strategy, and technical needs. Participate in the development and implementation of our information strategy. Maintain data mapping documents, business matrix and other data design artifacts that define technical data specifications and transformation rules. Effectively communicate data design to other members of the team to ensure proper implementation and utilization of the data structures. Support development team during process design and during performance tuning. Support QA team during test strategy and test case development. Support business and technology leads as a subject matter expert, across web and apps, for development of Target activities, AEP RT-CDP, and Analytics tagging. Ensure power users are well-trained and Panera has documented best practices for development of Target Activities, AEP RT_CDP, etc.

Minimum Requirements:Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology Management, Computer Engineering, a related field, or foreign equivalent. Must possess 5 years of experience in job offered or any related engineering job titles. Must have 5 years of experience in the following: Java; Spring Boot; Kafka; Event-driven architecture; Services-based architecture; REST API development; Braze Platform; AEP RT-CDP; Javascript/TypeScripts; JS frameworks; and Cloud environments.
