The Senior Analyst in Operations & Finance Planning performs as leadsupport to the Director, Operations Planning and Development on allaspects of financial and budget forecasting, the annual budget andOperations planning. This position conducts scenarioanalyses for the annual budget, annual financial forecast, capitalimprovement program and Transportation and Maintenance plans. The SeniorAnalyst, Operations & Finance Planning coordinates and maintains shortand long range operations plans. They provide technical expertise inOracle data mining and SQL report development for Operations Planningand Development department. The Senior Analyst is also responsible foraccurate forecasting, budgeting, report writing and communication ofinformation.
