　　Fundamental Components

　　Performs data collection and root cause analysis.

　　Identifies issues that may stall project and addresses them.

　　Edits and maintains project-related materials.

　　Tracks and monitors progress against timeline and key milestones.

　　Actively participates in the development of the communications materials on project status to all impacted parties.

　　Actively participates on development of implementation plan to ensure all impacted parties (up stream/downstream) are informed of next steps for completion.

　　May assist with project logistics including agenda, meeting arrangements, and minutes.

　　Required Qualifications

　　Exceptional listening skills.

　　Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

　　Proven track record meeting project dates.

　　2 years related analyst work experience.

　　Preferred Qualifications

　　Medicare and/or Medicaid & CMS Knowledge and understanding

　　Medicare and/or Medicaid Care Management knowledge, understanding and/or processing/managing

　　Knowledge of MedCompass, Dynamo and QNXT

　　Project Management certification/experience

　　Experience with Excel formulas and Macros

　　Education

　　Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

　　Pay Range

　　The typical pay range for this role is:

　　$19.52 - $36.78

　　This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
