Title:

　　Analyst – Project Setup (Remote)

　　Position Summary: Under the guidance of the Project Setup Supervisor, provide overall project setup support to Business Units by maintaining the centralized process in Costpoint.

　　Position Description:

　　Collaborate with the business units to recommend proper project setup in Costpoint to ensure accurate revenue recognition, billing, and cost reporting requirements are met. This includes, but is not limited to, new project setups with kickoff meetings, contract modification updates, employee and vendor workforce maintenance, project ceiling setup, etc.

　　Support weekly payroll processing by resolving timesheet error discrepancies

　　Assist with the monthly close process by entering requests in Costpoint and coordinating with the business units to resolve potential issues

　　Ensure compliance of KBR accounting policies, business practices, and other regulations are met while processing requests

　　Perform independent project setup verifications to ensure compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley

　　Assist in internal and external audits as needed

　　Perform various ad-hoc analyses and other duties as assigned by management.

　　Position Requirements/Qualifications:

　　Undergraduate degree in accounting, finance, or similar discipline

　　2 + years of accounting/finance experience , or equivalent work experience in lieu of degree

　　Professional, reliable, willing to learn, and a team player

　　Strong written and verbal communication skills

　　Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills

　　Detail-oriented and good organizational skills

　　Ability to deliver under tight deliverable deadlines

　　Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Advanced Excel skills.

　　Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), maintenance, and charge number control knowledge preferred

　　Government services industry background preferred

　　Deltek Costpoint experience required
