  The Role

  Innovapptive has been growing rapidly as our Connected Worker Platform becomes the software of choice for industrial companies across the globe. We are now ready to double down and hit the accelerate button and increase our market penetration. We are looking for an Analyst - Performance Marketing to join our expanding Demand Generation team. This role will report to the Senior Analyst - Digital Marketing and will work closely with other members of the Marketing team. The Performance Marketer can expect to work on Paid Search Channels {Google Ads & Bing Ads], Paid Social Media {LinkedIn Ads], Organic Social Media Activities, Display and other marketing channels, including more complex strategies that integrate multiple teams such as lead attribution, KPI analytics, etc. This role is perfect for someone who has entrepreneurial drive and performance marketing experience! You will directly contribute to the growth of Innovapptive.

  How You Will Make an Impact:

  Drive the end-to-end lifecycle of paid acquisition campaigns, from conception to execution and ongoing management. Your role entails harnessing data analysis to extract valuable insights, guiding informed decisions that foster growth across all acquisition channels.

  Ensuring successful planning, execution, and optimization for key traffic KPIs via paid & social media channels.

  Build and manage acquisition campaigns across various channels including social, SEM, and display to drive revenue and increase ROI.

  Identify marketing performance issues and pinpoint the root cause analysis with the help of analytics tools such as Google Analytics.

  Managing budgets and campaigns across all digital channels to drive strong return on investment and efficient CAC.

  Work with creative and marketing teams to test strategies and innovation. Deliver quantifiable improvements in ROI and cost per conversion across all channels.

  Working closely with the management to share funnel conversion improvement ideas, feedback & present results. Staying updated with the latest performance marketing trends and technologies.

  Supporting performance marketing activity across additional channels such as Paid Search and working closely with any partner agencies to implement, optimize and report on performance.

  Understanding & working knowledge of social media advertising across major platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram).

  Be responsible for communicating regular metrics and findings from your campaigns and analyze performance, insights, blockers and areas of opportunity.

  Good to have: Have the creative ability to craft beautiful and enriching content together with the marketing team to enhance your campaigns

  What You Bring to the Team:

  Ideal Candidate: 

  The ideal candidate is a highly energetic, passionate, and purpose-driven executive that wants to make a significant impact on the world. The ideal candidate will work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and data-driven organization and is obsessed withPaid marketing and social media optimization. 

  Minimum of 3-5 years work experience in performance marketing handling driving revenues & ROI.

  Strong familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads/Adwords, Google Search Console, Google Data Studio, SEMRush among others.

  Strong Organic social media marketing experience including working knowledge of LinkedIN Campaign Manager i.e LinkedIN Ads.

  Should have knowledge in Google Tag Manager and Attribution Model.

  Manage and continuously improve paid campaigns over all digital channels (Such as LinkedIn, Google, and other Social Media engines) for our website.

  Manage all campaign traffic, campaign launch, optimizations, reporting, and analysis across paid search and paid social platforms.

  Managing monthly spend budget and campaigns across all marketplaces to drive strong return on investment.

  Develop robust A/B and multivariate testing programs to optimize ad copy landing page performance.

  Maintain strong knowledge of SEM marketing, our target customer, digital marketing, and competitive trends.

  Measure and report all paid marketing campaigns' performance and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs). [KPIs include but are not limited to Leads/MQL generation & growth every quarter].

  Provide ongoing actionable insights into campaign performance to the team.

  Proficient in Secondary Market Research Techniques and tools
